AILA Submits Comments on Proposed Revisions to Form I-914

AILA submitted comments on proposed revisions to Form I-914, Application for T Nonimmigrant Status. Among other things, AILA urged USCIS to withdraw the no-blanks policy from the form instructions, and to explain the right to a bona fide determination and the process for seeking one in the form instructions.
