AILA and Partners Submit Comments to USCIS on H-1B Wage Prioritization Proposal
On 12/2/20, 18 multi-sector organizations, including AILA, submitted comments to USCIS urging DHS to not finalize the H-1B wage prioritization proposal, to gather more background before restarting the regulatory process, and to allow signatories an opportunity to participate in the process.
