Fact Sheets on the DOJ’s OIG and OIA Complaint Processes

Staff members of the ABA Commission on Immigration Policy, Practice and Pro Bono recently met with the DOJ’s Office of Inspector General and Office of Internal Audit regarding their complaint processes for INS detainees.
