DHS Secretary Napolitano Announces TPS Extension for Haiti Beneficiaries

DHS press release on Secretary Napolitano’s announcement of the extension of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Haiti beneficiaries, which will be effective 7/23/11, and will allow eligible beneficiaries to remain in the U.S. for an additional 18 months, through 1/22/13.
