Download the DocumentDHS reimplemented the Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP), stating that DHS made a number of changes from the previous implementation to address concerns that Mexico raised and Mexico agreed to accept the return of individuals on 12/2/21. DHS will begin enrolling certain noncitizens into MPP.
