DHS Issues Statement on Immigration Enforcement and COVID-19 Vaccine Distribution

DHS announced that ICE and CBP will not conduct enforcement operations at or near COVID-19 vaccine distribution sites or clinics. DHS noted that it is “committed to ensuring that every individual who needs a vaccine can get one, regardless of their immigration status.”
