DOJ Final Rule on Designation of Authority Related to Executive Agreements on Access to Data by Foreign Governments

DOJ final rule authorizing the Assistant Attorney General in charge of the Criminal Division to perform the functions of the ‘‘Designated Authority’’ under certain executive agreements on access to data by foreign governments.
