DOJ and DOL Formalize New Partnership to Fight Discrimination Against U.S. Workers and Combat Visa Abuse

DOJ and DOL announced a new partnership by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that establishes protocols for the agencies to share information, refer matters between them, and train employees with the stated goal of “better protecting U.S. workers.”
