DOL Alert that Records Older than 2002 from Paradox Database are No Longer Available

DOL alert that as of 9/26/13, OFLC no longer has access to employer application records or screen shots of such records filed in 2002 or earlier that were stored in the Paradox database, a system used by the ETA Regional Offices and is no longer used in the administration of the PERM program.
