DOL Updated 2015 H-2B Interim Final Rule Job Order Content Checklist

In light of the 2016 Appropriations Act (Division H, Title I of Public Law 114-113, enacted on 12/18/15), the Office of Foreign Labor Certification has updated the 2015 H-2B Interim Final Rule (IFR) Job Order Content Checklist to assist employers with job order content requirements.
