DOL Withdrawal of Direct Final Rule on E-Filing and E-Service for OALJ Proceedings
DOL document withdrawing, due to receipt of significant adverse comment, the direct final rule published at 86 FR 1800 on 1/11/21 that would have required e-filing and e-service for persons represented by attorneys or representatives in proceedings before the Office of Administrative Law Judges (OALJ). DOL will publish an additional document to reopen the comment period on the companion proposed rule which was published at 86 FR 1862 for 15 days. (86 FR 11426, 2/25/21)
