DOL Withdraws OFLC and WHD Bulletins on LCA Filing Requirements

DOL announced that it has withdrawn the OFLC Program Bulletin and the WHD Field Assistance Bulletin (FAB), issued on 1/15/21, that revised interpretation of regulations concerning which employers of H-1B workers must file LCAs. Accordingly, the requirements of the bulletins are no longer in effect.
