DOS released instructions for the 2020 Diversity Immigrant Visa program. For FY2020, 50,000 Diversity Visas will be available. Applicants must submit entries for the DV-2020 program electronically at dvlottery.state.gov between Wednesday, October 3, 2018, and Tuesday, November 6, 2018.
