EOIR Announces Installation of Headquarters Immigration Court

HQIC was established on 7/19/04. Located in Falls Church, VA, the court has two immigration judges (IJ), and all cases are heard via video-teleconferencing. HQIC takes up cases from any of the 52 other courts nationwide. Information is included on jurisdiction, venue, filing and the IJs.
