P.L. 116-5: Further Additional Continuing Appropriations Act, 2019

On 1/25/19, the Senate passed the Further Additional Continuing Appropriations Act, 2019 with an amendment by Voice Vote. The House agreed to the Senate amendment without objection and presented the bill to President Trump. The President signed the H.J. Res 28 into law (P.L.116-5) to provide continuing FY2019 appropriations to several federal agencies through February 15, 2019.


On 1/23/19, the House passed H.J. Res 28 on a 229-184 vote.


On 1/14/19, Representative Nita Lowey (D-NY) introduced the Further Additional Continuing Appropriations Act, 2019 (H.J.Res. 28). This joint resolution provides continuing FY2019 appropriations to several federal agencies through February 2019.
