CDC Proposed Rule to Remove HIV from List of Inabmissibility Diseases

CDC proposed rule to amend the definition of “communicable disease of public health significance” to remove references to HIV. Under the proposed changes, HIV infection would no longer make an individual inadmissable. Comments due 8/17/09. (74 FR 31797, 7/2/09)
