House and Senate Committee Leaders Send Bicameral, Bipartisan Letter Calling for Delay of USCIS Furloughs

On 8/21/20, leadership from the House and Senate Judiciary and Appropriations committees sent a bipartisan letter to Acting DHS Secretary Wolf and USCIS Deputy Director for Policy Edlow urging a delay of USCIS furloughs given the agency’s current funding level through the remainder of FY2020.
