On 5/11/17, Representative Bob Goodlatte (R-VA) introduced the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Authorization Act of 2017 (H.R. 2406), which seeks to amend section 442 of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to authorize United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
