HSGAC Report on the Soaring Cost Estimates and Lack of Planning on the Southern Border Wall

The Democratic staff of the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Government Affairs (HSGAC) issued a report on the border wall, including the fact that there is no reliable estimate of the construction costs of the full border wall, but extrapolated estimates place it at nearly $70 billion.
