ICE Arrests 21 People For Involvement with Fake “Pay-to-Stay” New Jersey College

ICE press release stating that 21 people, many of whom operating recruiting companies for international students, were arrested for their involvement in enrolling foreign students in the University of Northern New Jersey (UNNJ). The UNNJ was created in September 2013 by HSI special agents.
