Download the DocumentOFLC announced that on July 1, 2020, FLAG implemented the July 2020 OES wages. As a result, applications on the Form ETA-9035 with prevailing wages from the July 2019 OES wage year must be updated to the July 2020 OES wages prior to submission.
On July 2, 2020, OFLC issued technical release notes for the occupational employment statistics wage data update for wage year July 2020. The updates include geographic changes, wages for additional ACWIA occupations, and explanation of OES 2019 hybrid structure.
