SEVP Publishes Policy Guidance on Form I-20 Issuance and School Use of Recruiters

ICE’s Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) published policy guidance noting that, for reasons of privacy, security, and fraud prevention, Forms I-20 must be issued directly to nonimmigrant students or their dependents, or, for minors, to their parents or guardians, and not to recruiters.
