USCIS Accepting Comments on Draft Guidance on Amended H-1B Petitions Post-Simeio Solutions
USCIS will accept comments on draft guidance on when to file an amended H-1B petition after the AAO decision, Simeio Solutions. Comments will be accepted until 6/26/15. Notice includes instructions for submitting comments.
