USCIS Alert: Revised Forms Available for Use

USCIS alert that the following forms have been revised and are available for use: Form G-639, Form I-854 A and B, Form I-508, Form I-508F, Form I-693, and Form I-698. Previous versions of the forms listed will no longer be accepted after the dates noted in the alert.
