USCIS Notes that Certain EADs Issued to TPS Beneficiaries Remain Valid Through January 2, 2020

USCIS released a chart of EAD expiration dates with “A-12” or “C-19” category codes for certain TPS beneficiaries that have automatically been extended through 1/2/20. Employers should not reverify until 1/3/20. USCIS also automatically extended the validity for Syrian TPS EADs through 3/28/20.
