USCIS Memo on Derivative Citizenship for Children Born Out of Wedlock

A 9/26/03 memo from William Yates, USCIS Acting Associate Director, interpreting Sections 320 and 322 to indicate that children born out of wedlock and not legitimized are eligible for derivative citizenship when the mother becomes a naturalized citizen.
