USCIS Continues to Expand Digital Delivery of FOIA Requests

USCIS introduced the second phase of the FOIA Immigration Records SysTem (FIRST). Phase two allows all FOIA requestors to create a USCIS online account, track their cases, and receive their responses electronically.
