USCIS Extends Transitional Parole for CNMI Long-Term Resident Status Applicants

USICS announced it will automatically extend parole, and employment authorization, if applicable, for parolees who timely applied for CNMI long-term resident status, and whose applications remain pending on 12/31/20, through 6/30/21, or the date USCIS makes a final decision on parolee’s application.
