Adjustment of Status, Temporary Protected Status & Deferred Enforced Departure
USCIS fact sheet stating that starting on 1/17/17, it will begin automatically extending certain expiring EADs for up to 180 days. This extension applies to Form I-765 renewal applications that are still pending on 1/17/17 and to Form I-765 renewal applications filed on or after 1/17/17.
