USCIS Issues Guidance on Biometrics Collection

USCIS issued guidance to address mobile biometrics collection and the biometrics collection of benefit requestors in remote locations throughout the United States in coordination with law enforcement agencies or other DHS components. Guidance is effective 3/7/23 and comments are due by 4/7/23.
