USCIS Message: Preparers and Interpreters Must Sign the Form N-400

On 4/13/16, USCIS published a revised version of Form N-400. If the applicant uses a preparer or interpreter, the entire section must be completed and signed (as appropriate). Between 3/26/16 and 4/8/16, USCIS inadvertently rejected some Forms N-400.
