USCIS Notice of Six-Month Extension of TPS for Haiti

USCIS notice that TPS for Haiti has been extended for six months, through January 22, 2018. At least 60 days before January 22, 2018, DHS Secretary Kelly will re-evaluate the designation for Haiti and will determine whether another extension is warranted.
