DOS posted the February 2023 visa bulletin. In addition to final action dates and dates for filing, it contains notes on the diversity visa, a note on F2A category, employment third preference “other workers” category retrogression, and more.
As of January 17, 2023, USCIS has not posted the adjustment of status filing charts.
