DOS posted the July 2020 visa bulletin. In addition to final action dates and dates for filing for family and employment-based petitions, it includes notes on the DV category for the month of July, the DV category rank cut-offs which will apply in August, and visa availability for Mexico E4 and SR.
Note: On June 17, 2020, USCIS determined that for July 2020, F2A applicants may file using the Final Action Dates chart. Applicants in all other family-sponsored preference categories must use the Dates for Filing chart. Applicants in all employment-based preference categories must use the Final Action Dates chart.
