ICE Final Rule Removing Obsolete Procedures and Requirements Related to F, J, and M Nonimmigrant
ICE issued a final rule amending its regulations to update information that was no longer accurate since the creation of SEVIS related to F, J, and M nonimmigrants. The final rule has no substantive changes from the interim final rule. The rule is effective date on May 3, 2024. (89 FR 22903, 4/3/24)
