AILA Submits Additional Comments on H-1B Electronic Registration Tool
On 11/8/19, AILA submitted comments to OMB in response to a 30-day notice and request for comments on the H-1B electronic registration tool. AILA reiterated concerns regarding the timing of USCIS’s implementation of the tool, among other things. AILA previously submitted comments to USCIS on the H-1B registration tool on 8/26/19.
