AILA and the Council Submit Comment Opposing Proposed Revisions to the USCIS Fee Schedule

AILA and the American Immigration Council submitted a comment opposing proposed USCIS fee increases that place yet another brick in the invisible wall leaving law-abiding noncitizens on the other side, blocking their path to naturalization and other immigration benefits, while harming our economy by making it cost-prohibitive for U.S. businesses to hire necessary workers.
