AILA Comments on Proposed Parole Program for Entrepreneurs

AILA submitted comments in response to USCIS’s request for feedback and information on a proposed “significant public benefit” parole program for entrepreneurs, stating that the program must take into account business realities and set entrepreneurs and innovators up to succeed.
