Forty-Seven Members of Congress Urge DHS to Make Improvements to USCIS Contact Center
On 2/28/22, 47 members of Congress led by Representative Grijalva (D-AZ) sent a letter to DHS urging the agency to make improvements to the USCIS Contact Center, specifically the scheduling process for local field office appointments, to ensure it reflects USCIS’s customer-oriented mission.
