USCIS Announces Completion of H-1B Initial Electronic Registration Selection Process

USCIS has received enough electronic registrations during the initial registration period to reach the FY2023 H-1B cap, including the advanced degree exemption. H-1B cap-subject petitions for FY2023 may be filed with USCIS starting April 1, 2022.
