USCIS Reaches FY2022 H-1B Cap

USCIS announced that it has received a sufficient number of petitions needed to reach the FY2022 H-1B visa regular cap and master’s cap. USCIS has completed sending non-selection notifications to registrants’ online accounts. USCIS will continue to accept and process cap-exempt petitions.
