USCIS Will Launch Organizational Accounts and Online Filing for Forms I-129
USCIS announced that in February 2024, it will launch online organizational accounts and make Form I-129 available for online filing for H-1B petitions for FY2025. Once launched, H-1B petitioners will be able to file Forms I-129 and associated Form I-907 premium processing requests online through their organizational account, have a legal representative file online on their behalf, or file a paper-based Form I-129. The H-1B registration process is only available online.
The notice notes that USCIS will host two national engagements on organizational accounts on January 23 and January 24, 2024, as well as several smaller sessions leading up to the H-1B registration period.
