DOS posted the December 2020 visa bulletin. In addition to final action dates and dates for filing for family and employment-based petitions, it contains notes on the DV category, scheduled expiration of two employment visa categories, and more.
Note: On November 20, 2020, USCIS determined that for December 2020, F2A applicants may file using the Final Action Dates chart. Applicants in all other family-sponsored preference and employment-based preference categories must use the Dates for Filing chart.
