INFORMATION ON AILA LAW JOURNAL – Sales and Free Access for AILA Members

For AILA Members:

  • AILA members can view and download the journal for free (make sure that you are logged in and on the member portal)
  • AILA members can also purchase a print subscription for $49/year* via the Fastcase online store
    *Note: The quantity they enter should be number of subscriptions they want to purchase – Fastcase will follow up with them to find out how many copies of each print issue they want (one subscription gets you up to three copies)

For non-AILA Members:

Non-AILA members can purchase an issue of the journal via the Fastcase online store for $60

These two offers are also available to non-members and organizations (to take advantage of them, they can call or email Fastcase – either 1-866-773-2782 or

  • Non-AILA members can purchase a combined print/digital subscription for $99 a year, which includes up to three copies of each issue and unlimited access to the journal on Fastcase's online legal research system.
  • Organizations of over 10 users may purchase a one-year combination subscription for $299 which includes up to five copies of each issue of the print AILA Law Journal, plus unlimited access to all current and future issues on Fastcase's online legal research system.
