CIS Ombudsman Provides Recommendations to USCIS on Form I-129 Notification Procedures

Following Executive Order 14012, the CIS Ombudsman provided recommendations that USCIS directly notify beneficiaries of Form I-129 of actions taken in the petition. Recommendations include mailing receipt and approval notices with Form I-94, allowing beneficiaries to track cases online, and more.
