SAVE Develops “Status Change Report” to Review Cases Affected by Parole Termination
SAVE created a self-service report for user agencies to identify SAVE cases created for benefit applicants whose parole was terminated by DHS. DHS continues to terminate parole and revoke related employment authorizations on a case-by-case basis and for groups, such as those who received parole through the Processes for Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans (CHNV).
Benefit applicants whose parole has been terminated may have another lawful basis to remain in the U.S. and may also continue to be employment authorized based on another immigration status or category or a pending application.
