Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) Urges DHS to Stop Issuing Work Authorization to Student Visa Holders

Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA) sent a letter to DHS Secretary Kristi Noem demanding DHS stop issuing work authorization to student visa holders and expressing other concerns.

Additionally, DHS plans to issue a rule on OPT that will involve potential site visits for students in the program.
