USCIS 30-Day Extension of Comment Period on Proposed Revisions to Form I-912
USCIS 30-day extension of a comment period previously announced at 83 FR 49120 on proposed revisions to Form I-912, Request for Fee Waiver. The proposed changes would remove the receipt of a means-tested benefit as a criterion for receipt of a fee waiver. USCIS provided updated copies of the form and instructions showing the proposed changes as they stand after the original comment period, as a well as a list of the agency’s responses to comments already received. Additional comments are now due 5/6/19. (84 FR 13687, 4/5/19)
