USCIS Additional Extension of Comment Period on Proposed Changes to Form I-912
USCIS notice announcing a second 30-day extension of a comment period on proposed revisions to Form I-912, Request for Fee Waiver. The proposed changes would remove the receipt of a means-tested benefit as a criterion for receipt of a fee waiver. USCIS stated that the notice was being issued to expound on the reasons for the policy change and request comments on the additional points raised in the notice. Comments are now due 7/5/19.
