USCIS 30-day notice and request for comments on new Form G-1566, Request for a Certificate of Non-Existence. USCIS will use the information collected on Form G-1566 to determine whether any immigration records about the subject of record exist. If no records about the subject of record exist, USCIS will provide a Certificate of Non-Existence. If USCIS finds records related to the subject of record, a Certificate of Non-Existence will not be issued, but the requestor will be notified that records were found. Comments are due 1/3/22.
